Just wondering because I had several people who came on the chat and asking those questions and I just want to see what your answers going to be. Also two more questions. Does anyone use P90X before? if so, does it work for you?

I'm on P90X right now.
IT ABSOLUTELY WORKS.
but there's a catch.
its no easy deal, its the hardest thing i have ever done
and it takes a lot of motivation to get up every morning
and finish the workouts
so if you ';bring it'; like Tony Horton says and give it your best
you will truly see unbelievable results
i'm about halfway through the program and my body fat percentage has gone from 14% to about 8 or 9% which is insane.
If you are a beginner p90x might not be fore you , its a really advanced exercise program but if you like a challenge go for it, you can always modify the moves for the first week or two to make it easier and get used to it.What's would be a good start to exercises when someone is a beginner?

Stop the fizzy drinks.
exercise for about 15 or more everyday.
Eat healthy food
Drink alot of lemon juice or make it yourself and drink it instead of fizzy drinks
whenever you have nothing to do go for a walk
do this for a week and will see a BIG difference!!
