Whats a good Video editing program for a beginner?

I'm just getting into film editing, does anyone recommend a program that is easy to learn? Where would I find it?Whats a good Video editing program for a beginner?
Hi,

Easy to use video editing software is:

1) Windows Movie Maker

2) Pinnacle Video Spin

3)Pinnacle Studio 11 (not plus or ultimate)Whats a good Video editing program for a beginner?
Id go for windows movie maker!! It took me 5 minutes to learn how to do everything and to edit a video (ive always wondered how people got the videos on youtube!! lol) and to make a little film with titles, credits and middle stuff.
Pinnacle! No need to even explain- it does EXACTLY what you just asked. It also has some advanced parts to it too, so when you get better you don't even need to upgrade! It does cost, but its affordable :) (US $49.95)
I would start with imovie and work you way up to FinalCut Express and then FinalCut Pro if you have a mac. As for PCs I've only used Avid Express. I will tell you FinalCut pro is about $150-$200 and FinalCut Pro is upwards of $1000 but both are fantastic programs and user-friendly.
I'm not professional and I use Adobe Premier Elements, it's not so difficult to use
Windows Movie Maker is the best for a beginner.
No doubt, ';Windows Movie Maker'; Free and Easy.
