I would like to host, and build the initial website with a builder utility through a web provider company. It is for a not for profit organization, and Im just getting into it. For anything remotly decent your going to have to pay. When I say pay I mean a small outlay a month.





You have to be careful as as soon as you wish to do anything that needs a database such as using a Content Management System such as Mambo,Joomla or PHPNuke etc and a decent forum you will need a Database of some sort. Many free ones don't allow this.





Also they are very limited in other aspects. I have found those that use a decent control panel such as cPANEL for developing your basic site are well worth the few $/拢 a month as you will get a better feel of how many things hold togehter.





www.names.co.uk is ok for the first initial outing into building your website but to me the panel becoame a bit frustrating.





I have now moved to another privder that uses cPANEL as this to me personally is a better form of basic control.
